Principal Designer (Building Regulations) support consultancy
In this role we will offer direct support to a Principal Designer to assist them in fulfilling their duties under Part 2A of the Building Regulations. Auditing design information, specifications and undertaking sample checks to identify compliance risks and support the team in presenting justifications to evidence compliance. Site inspections can also be offered as part of this package to support a PD in identifying if the construction deviates from the design. Principal Contractor (Building Regulations) support consultancy In this role we will offer direct support to a Principal Contractor to assist them in fulfilling their duties under Part 2A of the Building Regulations. Auditing subcontractor design information, specifications to identify compliance risks and support in presenting justifications to evidence compliance where design deviation occurs. Targeted site inspections can also be offered as part of this package to support a Contractor to help them evidence that their construction follows the design.

In this role we will offer direct support to a Principal Contractor to assist them in fulfilling their duties under Part 2A of the Building Regulations. Targeted site inspections can also be offered as part of this package to support a Contractor to help them evidence that their construction follows the design.
Client Building Regulations support consultancy
In this role we will offer direct support to a Client to assist them in fulfilling their duties under Part 2A of the Building Regulations. Advising them of their obligations and duties and assisting them in ensuring suitable documentation has been produced/issued to evidence this fact. Auditing design information, specifications, and undertaking targeted site inspections to identify compliance risks and giving the Client confidence when completing their compliance declarations.
Building Control Advisor – Defence Estates Projects
Carrying out the role of Building Control Advisor to JSP850, advising and supporting the client through this process including consultations with Defense Fire Safety Regulator (DFSR) and liaising with the DIO Standards Team as and where necessary. Reviewing the design and construction for compliance through production of plan assessment reports and tracker documents to facilitate the issue of Design Compliance Certificate (C1) and the Construction Compliance Certificate (C3).
