Meridian Consult Ltd was formed in 2003 and are an established Registered Building Control Approver operating throughout England and Wales with operating hubs in Staffordshire, Manchester, and London.  We are licensed by the Building Safety Regulator to provide Building Control Services throughout England & Wales.

 


Our building control service is designed to help our clients comply with their obligations, under the Building Regulations, in the most cost-effective manner. Our surveyors will provide constructive and proactive advice throughout our engagement from early stages of design through to completion of works on site. We offer a single point of contact and consistency of interpretation wherever a development occurs.

In addition, our partner firms and consultants offer a range of ancillary services that can be engaged through ourselves to provide our clients with a one-stop shop for compliance with both the Building Regulations and ancillary legislation.

The company operates under the code of conduct for Registered Building Control Approvers, and the Operating Standard Rules set by the Building Safety Regulator.
