399 Apartments & 7 Townhouses (Almost Complete) The proposed development comprises of three residential blocks with a covered car park between Blocks 1 and Block 3. Above the car park, at First Floor level is a landscaped communal area, there is another landscaped area between Block 1 and 2 at ground level. Block 1 measures c.63m to the topmost habitable storey and comprises of 22 storeys (Ground, Mezzanine, 1-20). This contains ancillary areas on the Ground, Mezzanine and First Floor such as Reception area, Laundry room and Spa area. There are also non-residential areas such as Office and Bin Store and the rest of the block is residential areas in the form of open plan apartments. Although the Ground Floor reception area currently has access to two stairs, for the purpose of this fire strategy Block 1 and Block 3 are considered as separate parts and therefore the block is served by a single stair. Block 2 measures 48m to the topmost habitable storey and comprises of 17 storeys (Ground, Mezzanine, 1-15), this block contains a reception area, bin store and bike store on the Ground Floor and residential areas throughout the rest of the block in the form of three storey and open plan apartments. The block is served by a single stair. Block 3 measures c.15m to the topmost habitable storey and comprises of 6 storeys (Ground, Mezzanine, 1-5), this block contains two commercial units on the Ground Floor along with ancillary areas such as Bike Store, Management Suite, Bike Store, residential apartments on First to Fourth Floor and a roof top terrace on the Fifth Floor. The block is served by three stairs, with Stair 2 serving all levels and the other two stopping at Fourth Floor.
