Project Summary:
New build block of 55 apartments with ancillary communal accommodation, situated off a major route into Stafford. The site was challenging in terms of size and location, being in close proximity to marshland which brought with it specific environmental and structural issues. Access for fire service vehicles was also an issue that required specific input from our surveyors, to ensure that the completed work complied with the relevant requirements. The development was also designed to be highly energy efficient with renewable technology.
