Project Summary:
The £14m new build of a 170-bed hotel for Marriott Courtyard with ancillary conference facilities was built over six storeys at Milton Gate, Abingdon near Oxford. Meridian Consult provided Building Control services for the developer (Reef Estates) before being novated to the appointed contractor (Bowmer & Kirkland) for the construction phase through to completion.
