Training Programmes

 

We are completely focused on helping our employees fulfil their career aspirations. As such we offer internal learning and development opportunities, that are proven to take performance to the next level. 
Our comprehensive training programmes are tailored to suit candidates and students regardless of what stage of their course they are currently at.  Our programmes would ideally suit candidates currently holding HNC/HND qualifications in construction/building related subjects or alternatively, candidates currently enrolled on BSc (Hons) degrees in construction/building related subjects.
We have affiliated links with the Built Environments of a number of Universities which allows us to offer work experience, placements, graduate apprenticeships and graduate training plans for qualifying candidates.

By combining a fully mentored on-site learning programme, supported by candidates own external classroom directed training, we are able to offer a focused curriculum aligned to industry and professional practice requirements. We offer training and support for candidates working towards full membership of the following professional associations:

  • RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
  • CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building)
  • CABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers
