- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new build and existing non-domestic buildings on construction, sale or lease.
All our services include full consultancy and advice in support of regulatory and Code for Sustainable Homes compliance. Detailed and constructive assessment reports are prepared for each project to highlight potential carbon savings in order to achieve compliance with regulatory and / or Code compliance. Recommendations Reports accompany all Energy Performance Certificates.
