- SAP Calculations: Part L1 The Building Regulations compliance (carbon calculations for domestic extensions to compensate for varying provisions of Approved Document L2B)
- SAP Calculations: DER / TER Calculations in support of Code for Sustainable Homes assessments for new dwellings.
- Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new build and existing dwellings on construction, sale or lease.
All our services include full consultancy and advice in support of regulatory and Code for Sustainable Homes compliance. Detailed and constructive assessment reports are prepared for each project to highlight potential carbon savings in order to achieve compliance with regulatory and / or Code compliance. Recommendations Reports accompany all Energy Performance Certificates.
