Authorised by the Construction Industry Council as a Corporate Approved Inspector, Meridian Consult can offer a Building Control Function throughout England & Wales in both the commercial and domestic market as an alternative to the traditional Local Authority route.

The company boasts over 40 years of commercial experience in the field of Building Control and allied legislation with the emphasis towards a value engineered approach to compliance with property legislation, whilst maintaining the comfort for clients that their statutory obligations have been attained.

The company operates under the guidelines and code of practice of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors  and under the code of conduct for Approved Inspectors of the Construction Industry Council for Building Control.
