SAP Calculations: Part L1 The Building Regulations compliance (carbon calculations for domestic extensions to compensate for varying provisions of Approved Document L2B)
SAP Calculations: DER / TER Calculations in support of Code for Sustainable Homes assessments for new dwellings.

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) for new build and existing dwellings on construction, sale or lease.
